Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Arcvee paid plans. Payments are processed through Polar.sh.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals.

After cancellation, paid access normally remains active until the end of the current billing period unless access is revoked earlier in a specific case.

2. Free Trial

The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card and does not generate any automatic charges. If you cancel during the trial period, no refund request is necessary.

3. Payments and Refunds

Polar.sh processes payments, subscriptions, invoices, cancellations, and some refund operations. Polar may also apply its own terms and rules.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may approve a refund when there is a confirmed billing error, duplicate charge, or a technical issue attributable to Arcvee that prevented normal use of the service.

  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Verified technical issues that materially prevented access to paid features

4. How to Request Help

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your request

We will review the request and, when approved, process the refund through Polar.sh or the applicable payment channel.
