Cancellation and Refund Policy

Arcvee offers subscription plans for digital services. By subscribing, you agree to this policy. We aim to be fair and transparent about how billing and refunds work.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your access to paid features remains active until then, and your account automatically transitions to the Free plan.

Cancellation alone does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please refer to the sections below.

2. Free Trial

The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card and does not generate any automatic charges. If you cancel during the trial period, no refund request is necessary.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. We encourage you to take full advantage of the 14-day free trial to evaluate the service before subscribing.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions include a 30-day refund window from the initial charge date. Within this period, you may request a full refund if the service does not meet your expectations.

After 30 days from the initial charge, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, except in the exceptional cases described below.

5. EU/EEA Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from digital service contracts within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.

By accessing the service before this 14-day period expires, you explicitly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal upon accessing the service, as permitted under Directive 2011/83/EU. If you have not yet accessed the service, you retain your full right of withdrawal.

6. Exceptional Refund Cases

Outside the standard windows above, we may issue refunds in the following cases:

  • A verified technical failure attributable to Arcvee that prevented access to the service for an extended period
  • Duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors
  • Other exceptional circumstances, evaluated individually at our discretion

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within the applicable refund window, including:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation. We maintain detailed records of all transactions and will provide documentation to card networks when required.
