Terms of Use

Arcvee is a smart personal assistant that helps you organize your life. It works through WhatsApp and a web application.

You can send messages, photos, audio, links, files and text via WhatsApp. Our artificial intelligence understands and automatically organizes your content into 12 specialized spaces: Finance, Pet, Vehicle, Health, Fitness, Study, Home, Personal Diary, Habits, Nutrition, Menstrual Cycle and Projects.

The web dashboard allows you to view, search and manage all your organized information.

Arcvee is currently in beta phase. The service is offered free of charge during this period.

During the beta, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of continuous availability, complete functionality, or absence of errors.

Features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice. Before implementing any charges, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice.

To use Arcvee, you must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

By registering, you declare that you meet this age requirement.

To use Arcvee, you need to create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].

By using Arcvee, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Send content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or that violates third-party rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to Arcvee's systems or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Intentionally overload the service infrastructure
• Use the service to send spam or malicious content

Content sent through WhatsApp must also comply with WhatsApp/Meta's terms of use.

You retain full ownership of all content you send to Arcvee.

By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing you the service.

Arcvee does not claim ownership of user-generated content. We do not sell, share, or use your content for purposes other than providing the service.

The content you send is processed by third-party artificial intelligence services (OpenAI and Google Gemini) to understand, categorize, and organize it.

This processing is an integral part of how the service works. Your content is sent to these providers exclusively for analysis and organization, not to train their AI models.

If you do not agree with the processing of your content by AI services, you should not use Arcvee.

Arcvee integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business API. By using the service through WhatsApp, you acknowledge that:

• Messages pass through Meta's infrastructure before reaching Arcvee
• WhatsApp/Meta's terms of use and privacy policy apply to messages sent through that platform
• Arcvee does not control and is not responsible for Meta's data processing

You can request the deletion of your account at any time from the application settings or by contacting [email protected].

Once deletion is requested, there is a 30-day grace period during which you can reverse the decision. After that period, all your data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted, including stored files, database records, and cached data.

Arcvee is not responsible for:

• Data loss during the beta period
• Decisions made based on AI-organized information, especially regarding financial, health, or medical matters
• WhatsApp or third-party service disruptions
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the automatic organization of content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service

Information organized by Arcvee is for guidance purposes only and does not replace professional medical, financial, legal, or any other type of advice.

Arcvee may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through an in-app notice.

Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you may delete your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.

For any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the service, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
