Terms of Use

Arcvee is a personal assistant that helps you capture and organize information from your daily life.

You can send messages, photos, audio, links, files, and text through WhatsApp, and manage saved content from the web app. Arcvee uses AI to organize that content into spaces such as Finance, Health, Pets, Vehicle, Study, Habits, and Diary.

Arcvee offers a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial, you can choose a paid plan or continue on the Free Plan with the current limits.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of continuous availability, complete functionality, or absence of errors.

We may add, change, or remove features, limits, or prices. Relevant changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

To use Arcvee, you must create an account and be at least 16 years old, or have consent from your parent or legal guardian where required.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

By using Arcvee, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Send content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or that violates third-party rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to Arcvee's systems or data
• Use the service to send spam or malicious content

Content sent through WhatsApp must also comply with WhatsApp/Meta's terms.

You keep ownership of the content you send or upload to Arcvee.

You give us a limited license to process, store, and display that content only as needed to operate Arcvee. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.

To organize your content, Arcvee may send it to external artificial intelligence providers.

We share content with those providers only when needed to provide the service. The specific providers may change over time.

If you do not agree with this processing, you should not use Arcvee.

Arcvee uses Meta's WhatsApp Business API. By using Arcvee through WhatsApp, you acknowledge that:

• Messages pass through Meta's infrastructure before reaching Arcvee
• WhatsApp/Meta's terms of use and privacy policy apply to messages sent through that platform
• Arcvee does not control and is not responsible for Meta's data processing

You can request account deletion from the app settings or by contacting [email protected].

Deletion may include a grace period of up to 30 days. After that period, we delete or anonymize your account data, except for limited records we must keep for legal, security, or billing reasons.

Arcvee is not responsible for:

• Outages, technical failures, or data loss outside our reasonable control
• Decisions made based on AI-organized information, especially regarding health, finances, or sensitive topics
• Disruptions in WhatsApp, AI providers, payment providers, or other third-party services

Information organized by Arcvee is for guidance purposes only and does not replace professional medical, financial, legal, or any other type of advice.

We recommend keeping your own copies of important documents or data; Arcvee does not replace your own backups.

We may update these terms. If changes are relevant, we will communicate them through the app, by email, or by publishing the updated version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, unless mandatory laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Where permitted by law, disputes related to these terms or the use of the service will be resolved before the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
